except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is the owner of a CITI100G motorcycle that has no number plate.

1. On October 2019, the Defendant found one plate of the C-wheeled Vehicle number plate owned by the victim B, which was lost on the road around the high water surface where the trade name near the Seo-gu Madon 7-dong Do-gu Madon road was unknown.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. The Defendant at the Defendant’s home located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, around October 2019, attached the number plate of the e-wheeled vehicle, which is an air e-mailed vehicle, to the CITI100G wheeled vehicle without a number plate owned by the Defendant. From around that time until March 15, 2020 to March 35, 2020, the Defendant operated a motor bicycle equipped with the said e-maild vehicle in Daegu-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised it.

3. No owner of any motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 15:35 on March 9, 2020, the Defendant operated the above-wheeled vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 2 km section from F in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu to the end of the mountain site of the H Bank located in the Dong-gu, North Korea to the end of the road.
