Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: On December 5, 2016, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant, and entered into a lease agreement between KRW 5,000,000 per lease deposit, KRW 650,00 per month of rent, and the period from December 5, 2016 to November 27, 2017, and delivered the said building to the Defendant.
However, since the defendant does not pay the monthly rent from November 27, 2017, the plaintiff terminated the above lease contract, and the plaintiff seeks the delivery of the above building and the overdue rent to the defendant.
