1. The defendant shall pay 42,860,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Of the claim for damages for delay pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019) concerning statutory interest rates, the part on which the claim exceeds the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019 shall be dismissed.
