Comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below including the statement of the court below by the victims, the facts acknowledged by the court below, and the following additional circumstances, the defendant can sufficiently recognize the facts of indecent act by compulsion of victims as stated in its judgment.

Defendant’s assertion is without merit.

0 The Defendant submitted the credit card transaction statement per case at the trial of the party.

The fact that the defendant paid KRW 20:38:54 on the day, KRW 59,500, and KRW 11,000 on KRW 23:28:55 on the day is nothing more than proving that the defendant was at the place where the case occurred at the time, and it does not affect the judgment of the court below that the defendant committed indecent act by force.
