A. The Defendant consists of the residents of the D Village or E (hereinafter “D village”) located in the Soh-si C (hereinafter “D village”) and uses the name of B-friendly club, F- society, G-friendly club, H-friendly club, etc. from 1986 to 1986 as an organization for the purpose of mutual aid of village residents and the prosperity of the village, and operates it in the form of a friendship club with the residents of the D village as its members.
B. In order to gradually increase the number of members of the community and to arrange the members of the community whose degree of participation is low, the defendant, at around October 1998, received an application for joining from the residents who actually reside in the D Village in Si/Gu, and arranged the existing organization at present.
C. From December 31, 1987, the Defendant enacted the following rules (hereinafter “instant rules”) and operated the instant rules, except for partial amendment of the supplementary rules even after October 1998.
The purpose of Article 3 (Purpose) of the FSC Regulations is to achieve the prosperity of the village by gathering power from our own by itself through mutual aid and cooperation spirit, mutual aid with neighbors, and harmony with neighbors.
Article 4 (General Meetings) A general meeting and an extraordinary general meeting shall be established to discuss the affairs of the village.
Article 5 (Members)
1. The qualification of members shall be those who have an address in the present G and have resided in this domicile;
2. Where the householder is unable to become a member, the person who is extended from among adults of the relevant household shall be the member.
3. A member shall lose his/her membership by transferring from the village;
4. Even if a member is disqualified under the preceding paragraph, if an agreement as first determined exists, the right as stipulated in the agreement shall continue.
Article 7 (Executives)
1. The general meeting shall have one chairperson, one denying session, and one clerk;
Provided, That the Council shall have the Steering Committee.
