Punishment of the crime
1. Refusal to eviction;
A. On June 27, 2012, around 18:00 on June 27, 2012, the Defendant sought an affiliated room with the deputy head of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Jung-gu Office, which is located in 1, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and requested an interview with the deputy head, and promised to take appropriate measures against the defendant and the civil petition of the deputy head, and thereafter the public officials in charge demand several times to leave the office of the deputy head of the Gu, and then the public officials in charge have continued to stay in the office of the deputy head of the Gu until June 28, 2012.

B. 2. 피고인은 이를 거부하며 위 부구청장 부속실에 있는 탕비실로 도망하였고, 위 피해자들이 재차 피고인을 끌어내려고 하자 피해자 C의 손과 팔을 물고, 팔을 꺽고 발로 배를 차고, 피해자 D의 손을 물고 팔을 꺽어, 피해자 C에게 약 3주간의 치료가 필요한 우측 수부 수장 수지 관절 염좌 등 상해를, 피해자 D에게 약 6주간의 치료가 필요한 우측 손목관절 삼각섬유연골 복합체 파열 등의 상해를 각 가하였다.
Accordingly, the defendant interferes with legitimate execution of duties concerning the safety and security of the police assigned for special guard in the above office building.
