In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is justified in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on trade secret under the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act or by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
