1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,904,920 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from July 14, 2018 to May 26, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without any ground for recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The amendment of the Enforcement Decree on the statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal to the extent that the interest rate of the case for which the first instance trial has not been concluded before June 1, 2019 shall apply 15% per annum until May 31, 2019 and 12% per annum from the following day.
