Punishment of the crime
On July 14:30, 2013, the Defendant operated an illegal game room without trade name on the second floor of Daejeon Pungdong B, Daejeon, and displayed and stored 50 game machine “Tro” game products in the form of slot machines, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board, for customers’ use.
