The defendant's KRW 98,135,900 to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 3, 2020 to June 25, 2020.
If Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 added the purport of the whole argument, the plaintiff supplied a household, etc. to the defendant by June 2, 2020, and it can be acknowledged that the price for the goods was 98,135,900.
Therefore, barring special circumstances, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 98,135,90 for the goods priceing to KRW 98,135,90 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act, which is the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, from June 3, 2020 until June 25, 2020, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
Although the defendant asserts that there are defects in the goods supplied by the plaintiff, the defendant's above assertion is not accepted since there is no evidence to acknowledge it.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
