Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On December 27, 1982, I and the Defendants purchased 1/6 shares of 304.2m2m2 (hereinafter “Defendants’ land”) in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, and continued to hold the shares since the completion of the registration of ownership transfer. As of October 21, 2013, as the I died, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 24, 2014 under its name with respect to the shares owned by I due to the inheritance due to the consultation division, thereby completing the registration of ownership transfer. As of January 24, 2014, Defendant C shares 1/3, Defendant D, E, F, and G in the Defendants’ land.

B. On September 3, 1987, the Plaintiff purchased from K a building of 243.7 square meters and its ground (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”) adjacent to the Defendants’ land, and thereafter owns, occupies, and uses it until now since the completion of the registration of ownership transfer under its name.

C. Between the Plaintiff’s land and the Defendants’ land, a passage of up to one meter wide (hereinafter “instant passage”) has been installed to enter the lower part of the Plaintiff’s building (it refers to an unauthorized building part), and a fence is installed near the boundary line. Of the Defendants’ land, the separate sheet is attached thereto.

1. The portion of 3.5 square meters in the ship connecting each point in order of display 2, 3, 13, 12, and 2 is the part where the said fence accounts for the above 3.5 square meters.

The portion 0.1 square meter, the same appraisal map, 12, 17, 20, 19, and 11, connected each point of 3.5 square meters in line with the same appraisal map, including 3.5 square meters in line with each point of 2.3, 4, 15, 14, 17, 13, and 12, connected to each point of 13.9 square meters in line with the same appraisal map, and 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 12; the portion 0.1 square meters in line with each point of 11, 12, 18, 17, 20, 19, and 110 square meters in line with each point of 4.1 square meters in line with the same appraisal map; the part 200 square meters in line with each point of 14, 15, 21, 20, 17, and 14.
