Defendant E and the Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association shall jointly cooperate with Plaintiff A, which is KRW 6,248,912, and which shall be done on August 15, 2015.
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant E is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the name of J; Defendant F is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the name of K; Defendant G is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the trade name of K; Defendant H is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the trade name of K; and Defendant H is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the name of L. (2) Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) entered into a mutual aid agreement between Defendant E, F, G, and F to compensate the parties to a transaction for the damage caused by intention or negligence in performing real estate brokerage.
B. (1) On February 28, 2013, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with Defendant E, a multi-family house located in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”) between M and M as a broker of Defendant E.
(2) On March 15, 2013, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant F’s broker for the instant multi-family house 202 with KRW 38,00,000,000, and received a transfer report on March 15, 2013 and received a transfer report on March 11, 2013. (2) On March 6, 2013, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant F’s broker for the instant multi-family house 202; and on March 30, 2013, Plaintiff B received a transfer report and received a fixed date after receiving a transfer report on April 1, 2013.
3) On June 6, 2013, Plaintiff C entered into a lease agreement with Defendant G’s broker for the instant multi-family house 302 with KRW 43 million with respect to the instant multi-family house. On June 15, 2013, Plaintiff C paid all the lease deposit and received it, and filed a move-in report on December 4, 2013 with the fixed date fixed on June 11, 2013. Plaintiff D made a move-in report with respect to the instant multi-family house 404 between Defendant H and M on July 23, 2013.
