1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 72,54,619 as well as 20% per annum from March 22, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the "creditor" is regarded as the "defendant", and the "debtor" is regarded as the "defendant". 2. The ground is the judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
