On March 20, 2015, at around 17:20, the Defendant driven a B-wing truck without obtaining a driver's license from the front side of the Bupyeong Dam located in the Cheongyeong-gun, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-ro, 668, Gyeong-ro, 500 meters away from the 50-meter section, to the front side of the Maung-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-do.
