[Criminal Power] On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Dangerous Driving Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and completed the execution of the sentence on December 9, 2013.

1. Around 00:35 on September 3, 2014, the Defendant driven a C Abdoping vehicle in a section of about 20 meters from the front of the sand market located in the Southern-gu Incheon Southern-gu in the presence of 0.076% of alcohol content to the front of the same road along the same way of sand village shooting, while under the influence of alcohol on September 3, 2014.

The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as the owner of C-A-Enurt Vehicles, was prohibited from operating an automobile on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. However, the Defendant operated the said automobile without mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph (1).

[2014 Highest 7576] On October 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on October 11, 2014, at the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the father of the victim E (n, 42 years of age) who was operated by the father of the father of the victim E (n, she was tightly pushed the back of his/her female living together with him/her so that the victim would be able to interfere with his/her business; and (b) caused two descendants of the victim; and (c) caused the victim with injury, such as the water pipe of the fourth largest water area of the treatment days.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the number of days of treatment for the injury of the victim.
