1. The defendant shall pay 45,700,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 10, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. A claim was made on September 30, 2008 and lent to the Defendant on April 17, 2008, KRW 23 million due date on which the Plaintiff made a loan to the Defendant on September 30, 2008. On August 5, 2008, the total amount of KRW 45.7 million (= KRW 23 million) on the ground that the Plaintiff lent the loan to the Defendant after being designated as the due date one month after the date of the loan (=Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
