On the same day, around 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant was driving along with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies at around 17:40 on the same day on the “Seoul Square” as “Seoul Square-ro Roster”. On the same day, the Defendant was driving along with the line from around 17:40 to around 19:35 on the two-lanes prior to the moving direction, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles by holding a meeting with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies at around 17:40 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
