A. After the Defendant’s judgment on Paragraph 1 of the Disposition against the Plaintiff was rendered, it became final and conclusive.

B. On February 16, 2017, the Plaintiff repaid the Defendant the full amount of the obligation based on the above final judgment.

C. Nevertheless, the defendant made a compulsory execution on the corporeal movables owned by the plaintiff according to the above final judgment, and it is reasonable to deny a compulsory execution based on the above final judgment against the plaintiff.
