Text
1. The plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are all dismissed.
2. Costs arising from an appeal and an incidental appeal shall be respectively.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited the same reasoning as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing the same as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all of the plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
