On June 30, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 by the Changwon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on May 11, 2009, the defendant was issued a fine of KRW 1,50,000 by the Changwon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On January 1, 2013, at around 01:35, the Defendant driven a brace B-house cargo with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.148% from the two kilometers section of approximately two kilometers from the front road of the Seoglung-gu in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the assets zone, to the front road of the Masan-dong in the same Simsan-dong.
