1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,00,000 and the interest thereon from February 3, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff’s claim on June 21, 201 against the Defendants indicated in the claim: (a) the unclaimed principal of the loan amounting to KRW 28,000,000,000; and (b) the damages for delay as to the loan amounting to KRW 35,000;
