모욕
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is the person who uses the Internet (daum) B Kapete "C" and Adi "D" after having access to the Internet.
The Defendant, around 00:25 on May 22, 2016, 2016, tried to see the victim E’s writing on the bulletin board “humbing flusing flussing blusing blusing blusing blusing blusing blusing blusing in the Gangnam Station” following the photograph interviewed at the shot site in Gangnam Station on May 22, 2016 on May 04:31, 201.
삼일한 당하고 얼 평 몸 평 하며 자존 감 후려치는 한남 만나서 대리 효도 시집살이 하면서 살 거 아냐 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아 휴 참 내 동생이었으면 정신 개조될 때까지 집 밖에 못 나간다" 라는 내용으로 글을 작성하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;
(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.
C. On March 2, 2017, after filing a prosecution, the victim submitted a written withdrawal of his/her complaint on February 22, 2017.
