At around 18:55 on September 20, 2012, the Defendant, despite the revocation of the car driver’s license, driven approximately 1 km from the vicinity of the Busan Bupyeong-gu SK KK station to the front of the Cheongcheon-dong 174, Cheongcheon-gu, Incheon.
