1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay 80,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 30% per annum from August 27, 2007 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. By August 27, 2007, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 80 million to Defendant C at an annual interest rate of 30% on August 27, 2012. Defendant D guaranteed the above loan obligation of Defendant C on August 27, 2007, but the Plaintiff was not paid by the Defendants.
