2. Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that runs a wholesale business of alcoholic beverages.

B. The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with alcoholic beverages from May 9, 2014 to June 9, 2015, but was not paid KRW 30 million for credit amount.

2. According to the evidence No. 1 to No. 4 of the judgment, the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the defendant had engaged in alcoholic beverage transactions with the stock company B, a representative director, and therefore the plaintiff's claim of this case is without merit.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit.
