Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 20, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven B K3 cars from a section of about 300 meters from the 300-meter radius to the 21st day of the same Si Cheongnam-dong Hanam-dong Hanam-si, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.161%.
