The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are identical to the defendant's assertion in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified even if each evidence submitted to the court of first instance is presented to this court.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where the two-party 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance considers the "three" of the second-party 8 as the "three", and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 4
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
