임대차보증금
1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 80,000,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from July 14, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff and the defendant entered into a lease contract between the plaintiff and the defendant with the indication of the claim for deposit amounting to KRW 8,000,000 as to the Goyang-gu C underground daily living in Yongsan-gu and the plaintiff paid the deposit to the defendant. The plaintiff's claim for the return of the deposit for lease on the ground that the ownership of the above real estate was transferred

The provisions concerning statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
3. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
