On July 8, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 00:55, the Defendant driven a Ftoscar passenger car at approximately 1km from the road front of the gas station in Jeju-si to the E rest area in Jeju-si, while under the influence of alcohol 0.102% among the blood transfusions.
