1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 26, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively. (2) The judgment based on a constructive admission is deemed to be the “Defendant”, and Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act
