1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 40,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 1, 2017 to July 3, 2017.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on September 19, 2016, lent KRW 60,00,000 to the Defendant by the end of March 31, 2017, with interest rate of KRW 5,00,000 per annum, and due date for payment of KRW 10,00,000 to the Defendant on two occasions, but the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay from April 1, 2017 (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
