On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in support of the development of a water source method, and on April 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in support of the development of a water source method.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 00:04 on March 7, 2016, driven a B food car volume up to approximately 1km in front of the “open Lone Star Oil Station” located in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong during the Ansan-si period from the day prior to the public announcement of the Pyeongtaek-si-dong during the Ansan-si period.
