1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 21,797,521 as well as KRW 9,193,85 as to the plaintiff's KRW 21,79,521. From March 26, 2004 to December 21, 2004.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “Defendant” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
