The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. A around 11:59 on March 20, 2004, an employee of the defendant specified in the facts charged, and the same year;
3. 26. 16:28: the same year.
3. 29. 16:26 Racing, the same year.
4. 23. 13:22: the same year.

On June 09:54, each vehicle operation restriction violation committed on the grounds that the penal provisions applied to a summary order subject to review on the grounds that the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality became retroactively null and void, and thus, the Defendant is acquitted under the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
