특정범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(절도)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Provided, That the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 25, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for special larceny, etc. by the Gwangju District Court, and was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 won for larceny by the Gwangju District Court on July 23, 2007.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 23, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the victim D 150,000 won (the Bank of Korea 10,000 won) owned by the victim D, the victim D, operated by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu, and had the victim D take a warning to the victim D; and (b) committed a theft with the victim D 150,000 won (the Bank of Korea 15 pages 10,000 won).
2. At around 23:00 on August 23, 201, the Defendant: (a) sent a horse to an employee who is unable to know his/her name in the camera; (b) took care of his/her speech; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s 160,000 won owned by the Victim D in the Round of Round (Bank of Korea 16 pages 10,000).
3. On September 13, 201, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on September 201, 201, took a horse to an employee who is unable to know his/her name at the camera, and took a theft with the victim D’s KRW 50,000 (Bank of Korea 5,000 KRW 10) owned in the Kabtern region.
4. On November 1, 201, the Defendant, at around 14:00, stolen the Defendant’s 30,000 won (the Bank of Korea 5,000 won note 6) owned by the victim D, who was in the Kabter, after her speech to an employee who is unable to know his/her name in the Kabter’s carter.
5. On May 1, 2012, around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) cut off a panty panty system with a single panty system of 20,000 won or more at the market price owned by the Victim G, which was suffering from the front gate of the F of the Gwangju Mine-gu as soon as possible.
6. On May 13, 2012, at around 13:25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed an employee H a horse and gave him attention; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s 50,000 won owned by the victim D (Bank of Korea 5,000 won).
7. On May 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at the alleyway near J-cafeteria in Gwangju Mine-gu, the victim K parked.
