A with a fine of KRW 12 million, Defendant B with a fine of KRW 7 million, Defendant C with a fine of KRW 2 million, and Defendant D.

Defendant

A is a person who was in a de facto marital relationship with F, Defendant B is a workplace partner of F, Defendant C is a woman of F, Defendant D is a friendship of F, and Defendant E is a friendship of F.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to distort the facts in a claim for damages between Defendant A and F due to the destruction of de facto marriage, and Defendant A conspired to request Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E to make a false statement in the court, in order to bring about distortions of the facts in favor of Defendant A in relation to the suspected suspicion of resistant relations with Defendant B, and to do so on June 201.

Accordingly, the Defendants instigated Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E to make a false statement in the same manner as stated in 2. to 4.3.

2. Around 14:00 on June 23, 201, Defendant C’s perjury was finally determined on April 27, 2012 at the court of Busan Family Court 357, the above court of law 2010dhap2360 (principal lawsuit), and 201dhap1562 (Counterclaim).

Defendant

A and F have been present as a witness in a lawsuit for damages due to destruction of de facto marriage between A and F.

The Defendant testified in the above court that “after the retirement of April 22, 2010, at A and the Maritime Transport Center, the drama called “in the city,” “in the city,” and that D visited A’s house of 102 Dong Dong-gu 902, Busan, Busan, and called a witness’s hand-on phone at around 22:00, the Defendant testified that “A visited A, around April 22, 2010, at around 102 Dong-gu, Busan, 102 dong apartment houses of Ga-gu, Busan, and that D purchased at the Internet Market and made payment by account transfer”.

However, the facts did not have been exchanged with Defendant A on that day, and there was no visit to the above apartment, and the female who was marked on CCTV is not the defendant.
