2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

3. All costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. 1) The Defendant Union is a juristic person established with the forest owners and forest managers in B under the Forestry Cooperatives Act as its members. 2) The National Forestry Cooperatives Federation, including the Defendant Union, has 144 member cooperatives established and operated as a separate juristic person across the country (hereinafter referred to as “each member cooperatives,” and hereinafter referred to as “O”). The executive officers of each member cooperative including the regular director shall decide on the personnel placement of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation, the president of each member cooperative is appointed and dismissed by the board of directors, and the personnel placement of each member cooperative including the executive officers is, in principle, conducted within the relevant Do council where each member cooperative belongs.

3) Each member cooperative has a department in charge of guidance and management guidance for its members pursuant to the Regulations on the Organization of the National Forestry Cooperatives (e.g., guidance and management guidance) and a department in charge of guidance and management guidance for its members. Of these, guidance and management guidance departments are in charge of guidance and management guidance and credit affairs for its members, respectively. 4) Defendant Union was affiliated with the E branch of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation (hereinafter “E branch”). Since it was affiliated with the E branch of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation on February 1, 1984, the Plaintiff was affiliated with the E branch of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation on May 27, 1999, the Plaintiff was affiliated with the guidance and management guidance division of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation (Grade 2), the guidance division of the F Cooperatives on May 27, 199 (Grade 1), the guidance division of H association or credit affairs division of the National Forestry Cooperatives on July 21, 200, the Defendant Association had been working for the E branch of the National Forestry Cooperatives on July 29, 2009>

(F) Each member union working for the plaintiff shall belong to the E branch. (b)

On April 7, 2009, the Plaintiff, including an employment contract entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant Union, shall be the Defendant Union.
