A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, may gambling in use of an act of issuing sports betting tickets or similar things (including issuing them by means of information and communications networks) and providing property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting.
Nevertheless, on April 1, 2017, the Defendant deposited KRW 200,000 in the agricultural cooperative account in the name of F Co., Ltd. (G) in the account designated by the above site operator, after having opened the Internet private sports soil and entertainment site gambling site B with his/her mobile phone as a member, and deposited KRW 200,000 in the account used by the Defendant (E) at the same site operator, and deposited the corresponding game money in the form of betting as a result of various domestic and overseas sports games, and received the corresponding game money and received the corresponding amount of dividends depending on whether or not there was a certain ratio of dividends, and then performed gambling as above, from that time to July 17, 2019, the Defendant deposited KRW 306,131,000 in total over 95 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
