A shall be punished by a fine of 3,000,000 won and by a fine of 1,00,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant

A, from September 2009 to March 11, 2015, was elected as the president of the FF Agricultural Cooperative Association in the election of the president of the FF Agricultural Cooperative. Defendant B is a director of the FF Agricultural Cooperative and the president of G female.

From July 21, 2014, the Defendants purchased Defendant B from the credit card in the name of Defendant A during the period of the G female members and the Saemaul leader’s meeting, and offered them to the FF Agricultural Cooperative members by dividing them into gifts during the period.

On July 22, 2014, the Defendants purchased the destroyed scrap equivalent to KRW 25,00 per 1 gambling room by using the said credit card in 15:12, the Defendant A purchased the credit card under his name to Defendant B, and Defendant B purchased the destroyed scrap equivalent to KRW 25,00 per 1 gambling room.

On July 22, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendants issued one destroyed letter to the total 26 members of the FF Agricultural Cooperative indicated in the attached list, and Defendant A provided personnel service to the said members.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide 26 members of the partnership during their term of office, Defendant A, the president of the partnership, with goods worth KRW 650,000.
