Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 12:10 on June 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stopped at a certain place; (b) on the ground that it was obvious that D, who had been engaged in underwater signalling operations at a place where the road speed is to be performed without indicating the construction work marking on the front of the Joh-ri Office located in the Seocho-gu Office located in the Seocho-gu Office located in the Seocho-gu Office in the Seocho-gu Office; (c) and (d) told D to the effect that the Defendant would be able to receive water signalling operations at the place where the road speed is to be performed.
Accordingly, the victim E (year 41) who is the fluor of D, expressed that the truck of the defendant's cargo "I wish to make a bath to the drinking person," "I will report to the police," and "I will report to the police," and the defendant's defect in order to catch the defendant by extending the hand into an open fluoring door with the body of the victim's hand and caused the defendant to face with the fluor and the body of the victim's hand.
As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as an open wound of the elbow in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
2. The Defendant: (a) inflicted injury on the victim at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1) above; and (b) immediately launched the vehicle of the plug, which is a dangerous object, and (c) led the victim to approximately 3 to the degree of the plug of the driver’s seat.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
3. On June 13, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 12:10, the Defendant driven C Poter truck without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 1km from the front side of the Dognam Agricultural Machinery Center for the Dog River Products located in Seocho-do, Seocho-do, 50-5, to the 35-5, 35-5, supra.
