On September 3, 2018, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million from the Seoul Central District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On November 09, 2019, around 03:40 on the roads in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.074% on the roads in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, and the Defendant was in violation of the prohibition of drunk driving twice or more.
