1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 33,971,538 and KRW 33,486,792 from November 4, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed the Plaintiff claimed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25.4% per annum from November 4, 2017 to 25.4% per annum.
