1. Defendant A

A. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on June 28, 2018, issued a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine at a district court of the Republic of Korea on the same offense.

Nevertheless, around 20:45 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant driven Calba while under the influence of alcohol 0.174% of alcohol content without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front of a restaurant in the mutual unfluent road located in Pyeongtaek-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, to the front road of the “influent-dong” in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

B. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving the above earth.
