1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, he dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).
1. Purchase and medication of philophones from B;
A. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) paid 200,000 won of the purchase price at the residence of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building C, 702; and (b) purchased a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.3g of phiphones from B.
B. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a mutually incompetence near the Heungsan Park located in Yangju-si; and (b) was a member of the lower court.
As purchased, approximately 0.05g of philophones were put in a single-use injection machine, and dilutiond with raw water and administered them in a way of injection.
2. Purchase and administration of phiphones from D;
A. At around 16:00 on February 14, 2015, the Defendant paid 250,000 won of the purchase price, and purchased a disposable injection device that contains approximately 0.5g of philopon from D.

on the same day as the paragraph 18:00 on the day, at the mutual influence in the Gyeonggi-si, the above A.
