1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 34,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from January 1, 2011 to September 14, 2015; and (b) September 15, 2015.

2. deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, but the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) are applied until September 30, 2015, pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings
