A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 10, 2014, from around 15:40 on May 10, 201 to 16:10 on the same day, the Defendant was unable to drive approximately 10 fump trucks, such as E 15-on dump trucks, which the Defendant drives while parking the C truck, in order to obstruct the traffic of a dump truck, which transports soil and stone to a permanent dam site, on the ground that the water pumping pumps has broken out due to the scattering dust of a dump truck on the front of the dump truck pumping in front of the e-15-on dump truck.
The Defendant interfered with traffic by blocking the passage of the road.
2. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, and at the same time injured the victims.
3. On May 10, 2014, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) at the F District Office of the Permanent Police Station located in J at Permanent Residence (J) on May 17:23, 2014, the Defendant laid the phone fire from the phone at his/her seat, and then cut down and damaged the water gun with his/her hand.
Accordingly, the defendant uses goods in public offices.
