On January 11, 2015, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.072% on blood alcohol level around 23:56, the Defendant driven a B-learning car from the front side of the foreign exchange bank located in the Pung Young-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, to the front side of the Young-gu, Gwangju Mine-ro.
