1. From October 7, 2012, around 02:30 on October 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) deducted the key to the clothes of the escape room where the victim was locked by using the cresh in the “D Ba” room located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by taking advantage of the cresh in which the victim E was locked; (b) took advantage of the cresh; (c) took advantage of this, took off the key to the clothes of the escape room where the victim was locked; and (d) took off the cell phone of the victim’s personal belongings or the clothes room in which the victim’s personal belongings was kept; and (d) took advantage of the fact that the victim’s cell phone was 1,00,000 won in the market price and 7,000 won in cash, agricultural credit card 1, 1, and 2, 1,000 won in the market price.

A. On October 7, 2012, around 03:41, the Defendant presented to the victim, as if he were the lawful holder of the said E-F credit card, which was stolen from “G convenience store” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, as described in paragraph (1), and received 10 locks of tobacco equivalent to KRW 27,000 at the market price from the victim.

B. On October 7, 2012, around 03:48, the Defendant presented to the victimJ, an employee, as if the Defendant was a lawful holder of the said Nonghyup Credit Card, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), at “I Convenience” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and received from the victim the goods, such as 20 cigarettes, b0, splates, and splates, the market price of which is equivalent to 62,00 won.

C. On October 7, 2012, around 04:02, the Defendant presented to the victim, as if he were the lawful holder of the said Nonghyup Credit Card, which was stolen from “Lart” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, as described in paragraph (1), and received goods equivalent to KRW 79,000 at the market price from the victim.

On October 7, 2012, at around 04:09, the Defendant presented to the victim’s legitimate holder of the said Nonghyup Credit Card, which was stolen from “N convenience store” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, as described in paragraph (1), and was issued 20 grams equivalent to 54,000 won at the market price by the victim.
