선급금반환
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 138,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 9, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
The cause of the Plaintiff’s claim is as indicated in the Attached Form “Cause of Claim” (Provided, That “creditor” shall be deemed “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed “Defendant”), and the Plaintiff’s claim shall be acknowledged in full view of the entry of the evidence No. 1 (including the serial number), and thus, the obligation of entry in the text shall be fulfilled.
In addition, since the defendant did not submit a written objection against the payment order and did not reply to the delivery of the order to prepare for explanation, and was absent without permission on the date of pleading, the decision shall be prepared in accordance with the precedent of confession.
