In order to commit such forgerys, the original document with the official seal of the president of the B market and the B Si Facilities Management Corporation to be used in the forgerys must be kept, but the original document used in forgerys continued to be possessed by O until the date of submission of the second application and the Defendant did not possess it. Therefore, it is impossible for the Defendant to commit each forgerys, and therefore, it should be deemed that C or O or other third parties have forged it.
